i know im a day too late to be posting this.. but... KRIS WONNN YEAYYY!!

i was actually surprised when mum texted me when i was at work. (i went into the bathroom. hihi) i seriously thought adam would win! but i dun mind who won! both of them are super duper awesome! :) and i so totally mean it! weeheee :D

the finale was awesome! my favourite part would be megan and micheal something's performance with steve martin. who would've thought steve martin could play the uhh.. i dont know what the instrument is called. LOL. but i find the song cute! the song reminds me something like in a farm cuz of the sound of the instrument. so so so cute! uhm personally to me, megan went out of tune a little bit. ;p

anndd santana! omg....definitely screams AWESOME. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME. AWESOMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

american idol! :)

watched american idol just now. oh wow, what a show! applause applause to both kris and adam!

im a fan of adam lambert.. he just got that x factor, that ummphh, to me. and his showmanship... woww!! but.. sometimes when he sings he can be a bit.. shrilly. lol. as for kris, i didnt notice him till my mum said that kris allen has a nice voice. he can sing, yep and he's not shrilly like adam. LOL.

adam started the show with singing 'mad world'. it was a hauntingly good performance, i had the chills watching. he's really good and i agreed with simon about the performance reminded him of the phantom of the opera though. well, he was wearing a long coat and there was fog on the stage. ;p then kris sang 'aint no sunshine'. omg his performance was faarr better than adam's! weeee. 

personally, i kinda liked kris's second performance. well, the judges was right about the performance being a little too laidback, which is true. but his voice is better than adam's shrilly tone. gah, tto be honest, i have no idea who'll win and i dont know who to pick because i think both of them are equally good, based on their performances just now. 

okay2. judging on the voice, i think kris should win. judging on the showmanship and originality, adam. i dont know which one to pick. go adam AND kris! weehee! 

and grr i only get to see tomorrow's live show for one hour!!!! cuz then i have to go to worrkkk aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. mommy can i pleaseee get an mc.. pleaaaaaaaaassssseeeeeeeeeeee... oh well, i guess i have to wait the 6pm repeat show then. grrrr.

piano lessons

i have decided to learn how to play the piano. weehoo~

well, shafiq was soo excited about electric guitars and decided to buy one (which he already did) and of course, wanted to learn how to play em and it got me so excited about musical instruments! at first i too wanted to play the guitar but then, i decided to learn the piano. well, i dont have a guitar at home but i do have a piano, so its easier for me to practice! plus my mom can teach me~ wee. 

when i was little, i went to a piano class but i stopped because i wasnt getting better. haha. and i didnt want to continue on, piano class was history. ngee.

well, i started playing today. it was... ok i guess? must be reaaaalllyyy patient to play this. i mean like reallyyyyyyyy. a couple of years back, i tried playing the piano, but i gave up because i got lazy. made mistakes after mistakes til i became lazy to continue practicing ;p hehehheehhehehehe. but now, the interest came back... i will ace it this time! i will! i will!

ouh, i love shafiq's guitar. its soo cool! :)

mandarin me :)

when i was little, i went to this nursery close to my house. i still remember, when i was there, i used to speak chinese to my friends and teachers. like seriously. i spoke full chinese. and my mom even told me i got 100% for my mandarin test. LOL. and i even continue to speak chinese when i was at home, talking alone. haha.

but that was 16, 17 years ago. *sigh* 

eventhough its been more than ten years ago, i can actually remember some of the mandarin words. sometimes, when i hear people talking in mandarin, i can understand them. and i can still write some of the chinese words. huhu. now, as im working at a kindergarten, when the kids speak in chinese, i can understand them. not everything though, but some i can catch whatever their saying. its like, automatic. when they speak, i understand. but its very very very minimal. huhu. :)

aww wouldnt it be cool for me to fully understand chinese? huhu. plus, im planning to take up mandarin as a third language during my degree..huhu i can learnn! weehee :)

temperature taking time!

so i was doing my work at kindie just now when one of teachers said to me to take the temperatures of the kids. everyone of them. i was like "uh ohhhhh" cuz i didnt know their names.

i started off with the kids i actually know the names, taking their temperatures one by one. there are 6 classes and each of the class has 12 kids. 

one by one i finished the ones i know, then kids-i-dont-know-their-names-time. and most of them are like 3, 4 years old. huuuu hectic! "kakak2! me first me first!" and when i asked their names, they said it really fast i cant catch what they were saying. lol. 

bit by bit i finished with the temperatures. phewwwww. boy was i really really happy for that! huhu.

its been one week since i started working at a kindergarten. and i enjoy it. the children there are so adorable, i tell you. yes, there are screaming and fighting and the occasional "i dont want to read!" when being called but, im seriously enjoying it.

im having writer's block now and i cant write long posts like i usually do. oh my oh my. sorry for the short post. :)

this painkiller sucks big time. my mouth is still painful even after taking the painkiller. i cant talk right now. sorry for complaining. gotta sleep, have to wake up early tomorrow and im so very tired. gudnight.

one something in the morning

i actually took painkillers for my ulcer. its THAT painful. and to top it off, i feel like im about to have a fever. been feeling uncomfortable the past few days.. so i took panadol. god, tomorrow im gonna have to go to kindie and teach the kids.. and i dont want them to catch whatever im having.

orrr if im having a fever.. maybe i dont have to go to work! weehee *evil grin* kidding2. will have to go. its only 9 am til 2 pm after all, and plus i enjoy the work. :)

right, its 1 something in the morning. my eyes and my body is telling me to go to sleep, but my mind is telling me "NO ALEZA. STAAY AWAKE.. YOU MUST READ BLOGS.." i dont think i can function right now. i think my body and my eyes win. sorry mind. i have to sleep.

annoying.

i dont know what is wrong with my mozilla firefox. it is seriously annoying ok?? everytime, ERROR ERROR ERROR. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. n now im using google chrome. its okay, i guess. but sometimes, it will say "OOPS THAT LINK APPEARS TO BE BROKEN" or something like that. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA what is wronggggg???

annoying annoyinggg. 

okay, clearly im in a snappy mood. because why? because lately im having headaches AND i have an ulcer YET AGAIN in my mouth. AGAIN AND AGAIN. its so painful and annoying. eating seems to be the hardest thing to do right now. even talking. *and dont even think about smiling, aleza.* i CANT even smile because it hurts so so much. i think its been less than 3 or 4 weeks since my last ulcer. COME ONNNN!! and now, i am suffering with a NEW ulcer. 

okay, i may sound like a whining, tantrum little girl right now but i just have to say it. i cannot stand it anymore. gosh, whats wrong with me?? ulcer, ulcer ulcer. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE annoyinggggg!!!! i hate ulcers. its painful.  

i almost cried just now at dinner. eating is such a torture.. and plus the food i was eating was assam laksa. can you imagine eating assam laksa when having an ulcer in your mouth? its soupy and it has this sour taste. pedih tau tak. i hate it la. 

dah la, i think i should go now. tired, i want to rest. bye people.

flashbacks

working at a kindergarten makes me remember the time when i was in kindy. when i see the kids running around, i remember shots of myself running around with my friends at that time. the screaming, the shouting, the laughing, the crying, the fighting, everything, seems so familiar to me. aww how nostalgic am i? :)

all right people, i think ill retire to my bed now. i have a splitting headache. bye :)

little audrene.

audrene surprises me sometimes. i was reading in my room when all of a sudden she came bursting in my room saying "nanti bila cu besar, cu kawen dengan uncle shafiq sebab uncle shafiq boyfriend cu!" i couldnt help but smiled at this tiny little girl infront of me and i replied "sape cakap macam tu?" she smiled mischievously and said "tak de lah. saye main-main aje." and ran off.

so i went out, sat on the rocking chair infront of the house and told my sister what her daughter said to me. audrene sat with us, playing around with her tok mak and maira who were sitting on the swing. i asked little audrene, "audrene ada boyfriend?" quickly she replied, "ADA!" i asked who is her boyfriend, "FAHIM LA BOYFRIEND SAYA" wah! mind you, shes only 4 years old. four!

and then she began naming ALL of our boyfriends and grlfriends. "tok mak nye boyfriend tok ayah, mummy's boyfriend is daddy, cu's boyfriend is shafiq, eja's girlfriend is aunty mai, arief's girlfriend i dont know." LOL. and, audrene kept on saying she misses fahim because he is her boyfriend. hehe. four years old and she knows the concept of boyfriends and girlfriends. oh my, i hope shes not growing up too fast? haha.

i couldnt help but smile at my little niece. mencuit hati betul.

2nd day of work today. i had to teach the kids suku kata. so so cute ok the kids :D i am known as kakak aleza! hehe.

the engagement

went to yna's engagement ceremony in the evening just now. the ceremony was held at her house, around 3.30 pm. the ceremony was shared with her older sister who's session was in the morning. yna looked so beautiful! we were very very excited for her. oohh my friends and i got to welcome the rombongan lelaki and helped with the hantaran! congratulations yna! wee~ anyhoots, here are the pictures.. enjoy!

fuhhhh i have finally finished cleaning up my room and organizing my tiny cupboard with loaaddss of clothes! i love organizing my cupboard hihi. once, i even colour coded my clothes. one stack blue, one stack red, and so on.. huhu :D

the weather is so hot right now. seriously. its so very uncomfortable in this hot weather.. iskkkk . i just hope it rains.. i love snuggling in the blanket when its cold.. makes me feel so so happy and warm :D

right now, i am a follower of the biggest loser on hallmark. the weight the contestants lost is amazing! imagine, 20 pounds in one week???!!! keraazyyy!!

anyhoots, im gonna take a shower now. its soo hot!
